Visitor Agreement

This Visitor Agreement (the “Visitor Agreement”) is a binding legal agreement between you and MarketCurrents, LLC (“MarketCurrents”). Please read it carefully. By accessing our Websites (including by automated means), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms contained herein.

This Visitor Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us and you with respect to the subject matter of this agreement and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous agreements, proposals and communications on this subject, whether written or oral. This agreement is personal to you, is not intended to benefit any third party, and does not create any third party beneficiaries. You may not assign this agreement to anyone. This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. By using the Websites, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in New York City, NY in all disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement or use of the Websites. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action that you may have arising out of or related to use of the Websites or this Visitor Agreement must be filed by you within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. If any provision of this Visitor Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed restated, in accordance with applicable law, to reflect as nearly as possible the original intentions of the parties, and the remainder of this Visitor Agreement will remain in full force and effect. The waiver or failure of MarketCurrents exercise any right provided for herein will not be deemed a waiver of any further or other right available to MarketCurrents hereunder.

We already mentioned that we regularly review the data in our databases to purge inconsistencies as they occur.
