The exclusive family office for the Grosvenors, Grosvenor Estate is run by the Duke of Westminster. The investment company manages rural estates in Spain and the UK in addition to investing in real estate. The SFO is also in charge of a charitable foundation, a collection of fine art, and old records. A significant player in the European real estate market, Grosvenor Estate now manages assets worth £11.8 billion (AUM).
